The 2016 Travel Media Awards took place at the fabulous ME London Hotel on Thursday 27 October.
Over 250 guests from leading names in both trade and consumer media attended the awards, sponsored by the destination of Qatar, alongside consumer media partners Holland America Line and Seabourn Cruises, and trade media partner the Mauritius Promotion Tourism Authority.
The Travel Media Awards were delighted to recognise former MP Michael Portillo with a special contribution award in recognition of his series Great British Railway Journeys and Great Continental Railway Journeys.
